Business changeDelivery Management
More than plans and reports
Good project management provides essential structure, planning and control. Delivery Management builds on these foundations by focusing on the practical work needed to keep a project moving.
We do not simply monitor plans and report on progress. We become invested in the work, tackle the issues holding it back and help the people involved make clear, timely decisions.
This practical approach helps our clients
- Turn ideas and strategy into achievable plans
- Establish clear priorities and responsibilities
- Make informed decisions sooner
- Manage risks, dependencies and competing demands
- Keep business and technical teams working towards the same goal
- Respond when circumstances change
- Deliver improvements that work in practice

The right approach
Using the right tools for the job
Agile, waterfall and hybrid approaches are frameworks and toolkits. They should support delivery rather than dictate how every project and team must work.
We select and combine the most useful tools for the work, the organisation and the result required. This may involve combining agile delivery with structured planning, governance and agreed milestones.
Complex programmes often involve several teams, suppliers or organisations. Each may have different responsibilities and ways of working. Successful delivery does not require every team to follow the same method.
We create a shared structure that allows each team to work effectively while keeping priorities, dependencies and decisions clear across the wider programme.
Shared goal — clear priorities, dependencies and decisions across the programme
The aim is to help the right teams work in the right way towards a shared goal.

Project Rescue
When a project needs to be reset
Projects do not always progress as expected.
Timescales can slip, teams may struggle to work together and management expectations may no longer reflect what can be delivered in practice. As pressure increases, gaps can develop between leadership, delivery teams and suppliers.
Our Project Rescue service provides an independent and practical assessment of what is happening and what needs to change.
We work with people at every level to understand the challenges, rebuild a shared view and establish a realistic way forward.
Our commitment
Invested in your success
We work as part of the client team and take the time to understand what success means for the organisation.
We take ownership of the work within our remit and provide honest advice when a decision or change of direction is needed.
Our success is measured by the value delivered to the client, not by the number of meetings held or reports produced.
